Hyperpigmentation is a common condition in all skin types and colours. Patches of skin become darker in colour than the normal surrounding skin. This darkening occurs when an excess of melanin, the brown pigment that produces natural skin colour, forms deposits in the skin. 

This product comes in a 50ml glass jar and is effective for all skin types.

• Alpha arbutin is a naturally occurring derivative of hydroquinone (a popular skin-lightening ingredient) extracted from the dried leaves of plants like blueberry, cranberry and bearberry. It blocks the activity of tyrosinase by slowing down the pigmentation. 

• Vitamin C is an antioxidant which protects against free radical damage, evens skin tone, and promotes collagen production. 

• Glutathione

• Swiss garden cress sprouts are rich in sulforaphane, a powerful antioxidant phytonutrient which effectively inhibits pigmentation by targeting two key upstream reaction steps in the melanin cascade: 1) Neutralization of reactive oxygen species and 2) Inhibition of α-MSH, a natural hormone which stimulates skin pigmentation.
